Consumerism Creates Slaves...and Murderers

'Police were reviewing video from surveillance cameras in an attempt to identify who trampled to death a Wal-Mart worker after a crowd of post-Thanksgiving shoppers burst through the doors at a suburban store and knocked him down...Other workers were trampled as they tried to rescue the man, and customers stepped over him and became irate when officials said the store was closing because of the death, police and witnesses said. At least four other people, including a woman who was eight months pregnant, were taken to hospitals for observation or minor injuries. The store in Valley Stream on Long Island closed for several hours before reopening.'

I'm sure many of us have already heard about this, but this simply cannot go unmentioned.  Look at what materialism and consumerism do to a people - they enslave and destroy them.  As long as such brainwashed slaves have their worthless, over-manufactured products, they're pacified enough to allow tyranny to reign.  At the same time, however, they'll trample to death anyone who gets in their way of 'low, low prices.'  So what's your choice: the traditional Southron worldview and way of life OR materialism, consumerism, tyranny, and murder?

Crime Explodes Along Open Border with Mexico

'The border between El Paso (population: 600,000) and Juárez (population: 1.5 million) is the most menacing spot along America's southern underbelly. On one side is the second-safest city of its size in the United States (after Honolulu), with only 15 murders so far in 2008. On the other is a slaughterhouse ruled by drug lords where the death toll this year is more than 1,300 and counting. "I don't think the average American has any idea of what's going on immediately south of our border," says Kevin Kozak, acting special agent in charge of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement's office of investigations in El Paso. "It's almost beyond belief." Juárez looks a lot like a failed state, with no government entity capable of imposing order and a profusion of powerful organizations that kill and plunder at will. It's as if the United States faced another lawless Waziristan-except this one happens to be right at the nation's doorstep.'

SC Governor Sanford points towards Conservative Values

'Our party took nothing short of a shellacking nationally. Some on the left will say our electoral losses are a repudiation of our principles of lower taxes, smaller government and individual liberty. But Election Day was not a rejection of those principles — in fact, cutting taxes and spending were important tenets of Barack Obama’s campaign....'

Planned Parenthood of Indiana to Offer 'Holiday Gift Certificates'

'At the Planned Parenthood of Indiana, 'tis the season of giving health care and contraception. But it's a sentiment that opponents of abortion and artificial birth control say denigrates the holiday season. The network of 35 clinics across the state announced it is offering holiday vouchers for basic health-care services "or the recipient's choice of birth control method."..."The tragedy is that almost 6,000 fewer children will be celebrating a first Christmas this year because they were aborted in Planned Parenthood's Indiana clinics," said Mike Fichter, president and CEO of Indiana Right to Life.'

To state the obvious, the murder of the unborn and this 'program' are evil, despicable, and utterly disgusting on every level!  While we also hope that citizens everywhere will bring an end to abortion in their respective communities, as Southrons, let us rid ourselves of this garbage and the government that approves and funds it!

SC County Keeps Anti-Illegal Law

'Dorchester County will keep in place for now its program to penalize businesses that hire illegal immigrants. A proposal to quit enforcing the county's Lawful Employment Ordinance was up for final approval last week. The logic behind the move was that the county no longer needed to worry about auditing businesses for illegal immigrants because the state is taking over the job...The problem is that the state won't start checking businesses for compliance until at least July, and it's not even clear how much effort the state can put into it then, council was reminded before the vote last week.'

I would submit that this is a very wise decision on the part of Dorchester County.  While the Palmetto State has been one of the leading States in realising that the feds have no intention whatsoever in cracking down on the invasion and in actually attempting to address the problem, one can never tell what the future may hold for the recent State law.  In all of the sovereign States of the Southland, there exist certain elements ('newcomers' from the North and beyond and, of course, scalawags) who attack the will of the people and any action in accordance with their will.  In far too many of our States, they have outright hijacked our State governments as well.  Besides, strong, local, Southron communities are both practical and the key to our survival.

Our Flag of Protest

I've got my First National and after I put the flag pole bracket back up (it was taken down to side the house), I will be flying that from now on.

Perhaps we should begin a campaign to reinvigorate the battle flag by showing that it still stands for all those things its detractors say about it:

1. The battle flag stands for hatred - YES! The battle flag stands for hatred of tyranny.

2. The battle flag stands for rebellion - YES! The battle flag stands for rebellion against a tyrannous government at all levels as is the right of free men at all times and in all places.

3. The battle flag stands for prejudice - YES! The battle flag stands for prejudice against injustice, dishonor, corruption and cowardice!

4. The battle flag stands for treason - NO! The battle flag stands for the nation's Founding Principles which have been treasonously betrayed by today's Empire!

5. The battle flag stands for racism - NO! The battle flag stands for the freedom of the individual regardless of race or nationality or religion in the face of government favoritism and reverse-discrimination.

6. The battle flag stands for white supremacy - NO! But the battle flag does stand for the right of white Americans to defend and promote their race in the same way that every other racial group in the nation does.

7. The battle flag stands for unequal justice under the law - NO! The battle flag demands equal justice under the law - but for whites as well as other racial and ethnic groups.

Yes, it's time that we "update" the battle flag from the needs of the past to the needs of the present. At least that is what I believe.

Feds Meddling in India, Further Alienating Pakistan

'The US government convened counter-terrorism and intelligence officials and offered help to Indian authorities as President George W. Bush and President-elect Barack Obama condemned Wednesday's terrorist attacks in Mumbai..."The US government continues to monitor the situation, including the safety and security of our citizens, and stands ready to assist and support the Indian government," she [White House press secretary Dana Perino] added.'

As we at SLMNews have noted, the federal government has already infuriated Pakistan by conducting numerous raids within its territory.  Considering that individuals from Pakistan are believed to have carried out the recent attacks in Mumbai, India, how will the US government backing India be perceived by Pakistan?  Let us not forget the tension, distrust, and past wars between India and Pakistan.  Not only is it not the place of the federal government to get involved in this mess, but it would be most unwise to do so - no matter how 'slightly.'  As history teaches us, it does not have to take much to destabilise such a situation, or in this case, to destabilise it even further.

Yet Another Corrupt Immigration Agent Discovered

'A federal undercover agent investigating an Ecuadorean-Chinese smuggling ring accepted cash kickbacks and other gifts from a paid U.S. government informant involved in the probe of the illegal migrant network, according to an indictment unsealed Monday. Veteran Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Pedro Cintron, 52, is charged with taking $8,300 -- along with a gold bracelet and cellphones worth about $2,000 -- from the unidentified informant who worked with him in 2004 and 2005. Cintron, who lives in Weston, also accepted $12,000 from a Chinese smuggler based in Ecuador as a down payment for bringing illegal migrants into the United States in late 2005, according to the indictment. In addition to accepting illegal gratuities, Cintron is charged with theft, disclosing the name of a confidential informant and making false statements to authorities in the 14-count indictment.'

Calls for Obama to lead another 'New Deal'

'Are there lessons for President-elect Obama? Perhaps there are several. First, in the New Deal's industrial recovery programs, a provision for loans to businesses disappeared. As a result there was no mechanism for creating extra jobs in the private sector. Perhaps Obama should preserve jobs in the economy by bailing out the auto industry. Second, infrastructure investment works, as the New Deal's public works programs showed in highways, education, cheap electrical power and flood control. Third, the first 100 days can be a window of opportunity to pass reforms that will not be possible later on, but complex structural changes -- like FDR's introduction of social security -- may have to wait. For Obama, health care reform may be one of those issues that has to wait. And finally, responding to an economic crisis requires the ability to improvise, to work across the aisle and to take measures that might at first be at odds with your original plans.'

It is quite amazing that someone could get economics and history so wrong and get paid for spreading such idiocy! Government manipulation of the economy was what caused the crash of 1929 - not the Free Market. And the two Federal administrations (both GOP and Democrat) which tried to deal with the problem of the crash caused a Great Depression that lasted more than a decade. Today, the Feds are doing their best to repeat the disastrous mistakes FDR made in the 1930's - and Obama is being encouraged to drag us through all that again with massive spending, price controls, nationalisation of industries, rampant inflation and other tyrannical methods which failing regimes normally try in desperate attempts to hang on. But governments can not create wealth, jobs or prosperity - only free people acting without oppression can do that. If ever a dying regime deserved to be put out of its misery it is this Empire.

'Sweep' for Illegals in South Florida a 'Success'

'Federal agents rounded up 60 illegal immigrants across the state [Florida] this week who will soon be deported and another 11 people who also will end up being deported. The U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement conducted a five-day operation arresting 60 immigration fugitives who fled after receiving final orders of deportation from federal judges, according to the bureau. Five were from Palm Beach County, with the rest found in Broward and Miami-Dade counties, as well as in the Tampa and Orlando areas. While serving warrants on the fugitives, agents also located another 11 illegal immigrants who were arrested.'

Once again, we see our handlers in Washington paying us a tiny bit of lip service, hoping that we'll forget about that those wide-open borders and the millions upon millions of illegal aliens...oh yes, and aside from encouraging this problem, the fact that they're doing absolutely nothing about it.  The feds caught only 71 illegals in all of South Florida?  Calling that a drop in the bucket would be giving them too much credit!

Pakistan Implores UK to Aid in Bringing an End to US Attacks

'Pakistan on Wednesday (November 26) asked Britain to help stop the US missile strikes on its restive tribal areas and warned that the drone attacks, if continued, would bring irreparable harm to the ongoing war against terrorism...During his meeting with Miliband, foreign minister Qureshi conveyed growing concern of Pakistani government as well as of the public over attacks from across the border into Pakistan's territory, according to officials privy to the talks...He said that the Pakistani leadership asked for Britain help in bringing halt to the drone attacks that, they believed, were harming the war on terror and also adding to the prevailing anti-US sentiments in Pakistan.'

The government of Pakistan is now forced to ask the British government to help in bringing an end to US raids into its territory, as the federal government has ignored its very clear and repeated requests to cease such activities.  Aside from the fact that this is a violation of Pakistan's sovereignty, the feds don't seem to mind the fact that they are infuriating yet another country, only further destabilising the region and the world.

Socialism: Coming to a Bank Near You

'Roanoke-based Valley Financial Corporation (Nasdaq Capital Market-VYFC), parent of Valley Bank, announced today that the U.S. Treasury Department has given preliminary approval of its $16.0 million investment in the company and of Valley's participation in the Capital Purchase Program. The U.S. Treasury introduced the Capital Purchase Program on October 14, 2008, under which the Treasury will make up to $250 billion in equity capital available to qualifying institutions.'

If I sound like a broken record regarding federal 'intervention' in the economy, that is merely because the system itself is irreparably broken.  Of course, the idea that socialist policies instituted by the federal government are 'coming to a bank near you' is a joke, as they have long been in place on virtually all levels.  However, with the feds going into 'hyperdrive,' hemorrhaging money even more so than usual, I would submit that many folks are beginning to realise just how widespread this corrupt nonsense has been over the years...and just how better off the Southron people would be without it.

One of the Many Failures of a 'Globalised Economy'

'U.S. health officials have uncovered trace amounts of the chemical melamine in one sample of infant formula sold in the United States, a Food and Drug Administration spokeswoman said on Tuesday...Melamine-tainted formula was found earlier this year in China, where thousands of children fell ill and several died.'

For me, having personally attended the League of the South national conference in Chattanooga almost a month ago, I find this article interesting, considering this is the exact scenario Mike Tuggle discussed in his speech.  It's important for Southrons to realise that the federal government's obsession with globalisation does not only fail to benefit us - it exploits us.  You see, if a country concerns itself so much with a 'globalised economy,' the benefits (how small they may be, and how few benefit) come at the cost of the people's security, health, and prosperity.  An independent South, with self-sufficient, revitalised Southron communities, will be able to provide for itself.  We will not be dependent upon the rest of the world for our necessities, nor will Southron children be harmed when a corrupt company in China decides to save a penny or two by lacing its formula with a hazardous chemical.

Business as Usual with Obama

That's right, y'all, not only will Obama continue these unnecessary foreign wars, but he will be expanding military 'intervention' abroad!  Instead of 'change we can believe in,' Obama's campaign slogan should have read 'business as usual.'

The Fallacy of Federal 'Change' or 'Reform'

'Barack Obama's personnel picks for his White House and cabinet are prompting political foes to claim he has dumped his promise of change for tired Washington insiders and Clinton-era retreads..."Apparently, Washington outsiders need not apply in the Obama Administration," said Republican National Committee spokesman Alex Conant. "Barack Obama's cabinet is starting to resemble a Clinton reunion. His appointments so far have been a disappointment for Americans hoping to see some fresh faces in Washington."'

'Fresh faces in Washington' is not the answer to the monumental burdens our rulers have placed upon us.  After all, Obama is referred to as a so-called 'fresh face' or 'outsider,' yet he is the individual choosing these cabinet members!  Unfortunately, so many individuals are misled by this notion that 'all we need to do' is 'take back' the Republican party (the party of Lincoln, mind you), elect a Republican president and Congress, and appoint Republican judges.  Folks, to quote George Wallace, there's not a dime's worth of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats; and as the Bush administrations, the Clinton administration, the soon-to-be Obama administration, and virtually every single administration for so long demonstrate, we cannot 'ask' the target of reform to reform itself.  Regardless of who is 'in charge,' the system is locked in this route to even further insanity.  As Southrons, our only hope for survival, liberty, and prosperity is the assertion of our rights - and independence.

Many people - especially the producing members of society, those not living on government handouts forcibly taken from the producers - are sick and tired of government theft (taxation and the printing of worthless paper in order to bailout favoured businesses). The backlash against the continuous massive robbery is likely only beginning. Erasing our history: Confederate Park renamed in Louisville

'For 113 years, the Confederate Monument has towered over the edge of the University of Louisville's Belknap Campus -- a controversial symbol of Louisville's heritage.... Anti-Southron Discrimination: A Call to Action

Heritage Violation, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore Maryland

The Maryland Division, United Daughters of the Confederacy and the Col. Harry W. Gilmor Camp #1388, Sons of Confederate Veterans sponsor an annual General Lee and General Jackson Birthday Ceremony each year in January on the Saturday nearest to the birthdays of Generals Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson. Over the years, the ceremony has included participants from numerous hereditary, historical, military and patriotic organizations including the: Baltimore Civil War Roundtable, the Virginia Military Institute Alumni , the Virginians of Maryland, the Sons of Union Veterans, the Friends of President Street Station, the Army of Northern Virginia, Confederate Military Forces and a number of independent Confederate and Federal reenactment units.

Every year since 1988, the Johns Hopkins University has rented the Clipper Room in Shriver Hall, or on several occasions another facility, to the Son of Confederate Veterans to hold our post ceremony social gathering. However this year is different. The John Hopkins University has refused to rent the Clipper Room, or any other facility, to our organization. The sole reason given, per a Johns Hopkins representative, was that we are a "Confederate" organization. Make no mistake about it, we were not denied because the facility was unavailable, or for any other legitimate reason, we were denied because of who we are. In addition, the Hopkins representative stated that this ruling came directly from the President of the John Hopkins University, Mr. William Brody.

The Colonel Harry W. Gilmor Camp has had an excellent on-going relationship with the Johns Hopkins, Office of Scheduling for over 20 years. There has been absolutely no problem over this long period of time. We have always been good citizens toward Hopkins. We have paid our rent on time, we have always left the facility neat and clean, and there has never been any disturbance of any kind. A letter was written on September 22, 2008 outlining our long history with the University and appealing this unwarranted decision. By letter of October 14, 2008 from President Brody's Office, we were again denied.

Because of this unfortunate situation, I must advise the SCV and UDC membership and the public at large that, should you decide to join us for the January 17, 2009 ceremony, you must understand that there will be no post event refreshments; and more importantly, no rest room facilities available before or after the ceremony. In addition, the ceremony may be substantially shorter than in previous years.

We are very sorry to report this to you, but feel that we must be candid with all that have supported us over the years. I can assure you that regardless of the number of participants and people attending and regardless of this unjust action by Hopkins against our Confederate Heritage, the General Lee and General Jackson Birthday Ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lee and Jackson double equestrian monument in Wymn Park.

If you would like to contact President Brody to express your thoughts on this decision, his address is:

'A Texas museum hopes a document found in its archives turns out to be an authentic government copy of Abraham Lincoln's eloquent letter consoling a mother thought to have lost five sons in the Civil War. The famed Bixby Letter, which the Dallas Historical Society is getting appraised as it prays for a potential windfall, has a fascinating history. The original has never been found. Historians debate whether Lincoln wrote it. Its recipient, Lydia Bixby, was no fan of the president. And not all her sons died in the war. The letter, written with "the best of intentions" 144 years ago next week, is "considered one of the finest pieces of American presidential prose," said Alan Olson, curator for the Dallas group. "It's still a great piece of writing, regardless of the truth in the back story.'

Though this individual is referring to whether or not the tyrant personally wrote this letter and whether or not the document in question is even the original, I find the phrase 'regardless of the truth' to be rather fitting.  After all, it is 'regardless of the truth' that so many foolishly worship Lincoln as if he were God Himself.  They disregard the truth that he chose to persecute, invade, and conquer Dixie.  Lincoln was, in fact, the reason for the war that killed hundreds of thousands of Southron soldiers and civilians.

It is almost unfathomable for even a Northerner with any sense of right and wrong to consider Lincoln anything but a tyrant, considering how he suppressed 'his' own people and used 'his' yankee soldiers as little more than cannon fodder in the invasion of our Southron homeland.  It's no wonder so many of the so-called 'leaders' of our time refer to and praise Lincoln; after all, they are committing the very same immoral, unconstitutional, and foolish deeds!

East Alabama Principal Bans Confederate Flag Shirts

'Reeltown High School is home to the rebels, but you won't see students sporting the rebel flag on campus. Principal Tom Cochran sent a letter to parents telling them their students are no longer allowed to wear Confederate flag t-shirts to school. It stems from racial tension within the school following Barack Obama's presidential win.'

Confederate flag banned at Tennessee school

'...Several fights broke out at the school between white and Hispanic students, and then the announcement was made to not allow the rebel flag. “I don’t believe it’s a racial issue at all, it’s just a tribute to Michael,” Lewis said. Officials with Washington County Schools did acknowledge Crockett’s principal is not allowing the rebel flag symbol at school.'

So when foreigners get in fights with our children in our own schools, it is the people of Dixie who are the ones punished with the banning of our cultural symbols. How just!

Sons of Confederate Veterans denied from flying flag in parade

Veteran's Day has passed, but this issue is still at hand, like most past Confederate heritage violations. All I will say, is that for those who claim that our heritage, or our flag is divisive, they must take a look at their own hypocrisy that causes a divide, when offending and angering the 'Americans' of Dixie.

Thomas DiLorenzo - 'The Gilded Age and the Gold Standard'

'Recorded at the Mises Institute Supporters Summit, 31 October 2008; Auburn, Alabama. Introduction by Mark Thornton. Thomas DiLorenzo is professor of economics at Loyola College, Maryland, and a senior fellow at the Ludwig von Mises Institute.'

The origin of today's tyrants at the Federal Reserve and in the White House, Congress and other positions of power in the Imperial Cesspool are traced back to Alexander Hamilton and then through Lincoln's invasion of Dixie and the late 1800's. Through it all, the attack on sound money and liberty by the Feds and their backers raged.

Is Henry Paulson the most Evil man in Amerika? Maybe.

Paulson the Evil'Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson broadened the reach of the $700 billion financial rescue program on Wednesday... Paulson said the bailout fund would not buy up asset-backed securities, as the plan was originally sold to Congress, but shifted the focus to give the Treasury Department broader discretion in how to spend the funds....'

If not the most evil, Paulson is definitely one of the most destructive and tyrannical men in the Empire.

Gun sales spiking

'Weapons dealers in much of the United States are reporting sharply higher sales since Barack Obama won the presidency a week ago. North Carolina Confederate for Obama

Federal flag marked out to protest Obama's victory

It reflects his belief that the Confederate flag has been unfairly targeted for protest by people trying to be politically correct.'

Civilian deaths have caused increasing friction between the Afghan government and the U.S. An Afghan commission found that an August operation by U.S. forces killed 90 civilians in the village of Azizabad. Secret Order Lets U.S. Raid Al Qaeda in Many Countries

'The United States military since 2004 has used broad, secret authority to carry out nearly a dozen previously undisclosed attacks against Al Qaeda and other militants in Syria, Pakistan and elsewhere, according to senior American officials.... These military raids, typically carried out by Special Operations forces, were authorized by a classified order that Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld signed in the spring of 2004 with the approval of President Bush, the officials said. The secret order gave the military new authority to attack the Qaeda terrorist network anywhere in the world, and a more sweeping mandate to conduct operations in countries not at war with the United States.'

Not in the Constitution? That's okay because as we are endlessly reminded 'after September 11 everything changed.' In other words, the Constitution is out and the Empire marches on.

When Government steals from the People to give to Big Business

'Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) are urging Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson to use his authority under the $700 billion Wall Street bailout package to help beleagured U.S. automakers. General Motors, the largest of the Big Three auto companies, reported this week that it faces a dangerous cash crunch and could run out of money next year. With sales slumping, the auto industry and its allies in Congress are calling for as much as $50 billion in new government loans to help the struggling companies, on top of $25 bilion already approved.'

If you or I run out of money we take on an extra job or sell something off or take some other measures to better our situation. When Wallstreet bankers or Detroit automakers get in financial trouble they turn to the Feds - who take our money and gives it to them. What a system!

No Representation for Dixie in new Federal Government

'Obama did better among white voters than Kerry and Gore. He fared poorly with Southern whites, winning only 1 in 3 of them. But Obama and the Democratic Party don't appear to need those voters to hold power in Washington, said Thomas Schaller, a political scientist at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and the author of "Whistling Past Dixie." Thanks to congressional gains across the nation Tuesday, Schaller said, Democrats could now form a Senate majority without a single Southerner and a House majority without a single white Southerner. "You have a completely different coalition that's running this country," he said.'

'Expanding Confederate Principles' - Celtic Confederate

Americans have been unfortunately so un-educated through a process of propagandization, which we falsely refer to as "education", that when the word "confederation" is mentioned, the typical citizen believes that it refers to the South, when our region was the Confederates States of America (though we legally still are, actually).

But, a confederation is actually a voluntary union of states, or nations. The Lakota Nation, and Cherokee Nation's, each are comprised of a confederation, for example. The Swiss currently bind themselves through confederation. And, even Ireland had once fought in their own "Confederate Wars" in their history.

What is my point to all this? Well, I have noticed that there are millions of Confederate Americans in this modern age, who do not identify with the Confederates States of America, or even the South. Many of them even oppose our Confederate movement, yet do not realize that their own movement is the same as ours, in the political context, and even oftenly in the social aspect.

How do we unite ourselves with these non-Southern, Confederate Americans? Why should we be united with them? We unite with these people, by teaching them that a confederation does not have to refer to the South, but it refers to the original foundation of American principles, when the United States was first established as a confederation, by our Founders.

We teach them that the Federalists, like those that they currently oppose, at one time hi-jacked the Articles of Confederation, and rather than making more progress towards the articles, they instead conspired an agenda to change the form of government into a federation, very similar in model to the British Empire.

Luckily, our anti-Federalist (Confederate) Founders embedded their own policies into the newly created Constitution, which actually allowed citizen protection from the Federal government. And, when in the shed of light, we realize that the first American Revolution was never actually won. Independence was won from Britain, but it was not achieved from their like-minded Federal competition.

When the Confederate States of America seceded from the United States, the South took with themselves the policies and principles of the anti-Federalist Founders before us. The North, on the other hand, had practically hi-jacked not only the original concept of American government that was institutionalized by the anti-Federalist, but also by the Federalists of the 1770's and 1780's.

The Confederate States of America did not send hundreds of thousands of men to die for the protection of slaves, in which more than 85% of them did not even own. And, neither are the neo-Confederates of today, fighting for the protection of any slaves that we do not currently own. So, exactly what are we fighting for? The same ideologies that Thomas Jefferson stood for.

And, those are the same principles that many non-Southern, anti-Federalists are trying to defend. Yet, the same propagandization as mentioned in the first paragraph, has led these non-Southern, anti-Federalists to refuse association with the neo-Confederate movement. Though, our movements, in reference to the Constitution, and oftenly in reference to social, economic, environmental, cultural, and religious issues, are practically the same.

We must teach these non-Southern, Confederates about our comparisons, in order so that we may unite in this movement of liberty. This will only strengthen the cause. And, the comprehension that non-Southerners may learn about our heritage, may inspire them to begin to stand up for the rights of their neighbors in the South.

Thus, the liberty movement which they dominate, can be drastically given a support, while our own heritage movement that we dominate, can be provided with greater support, as well. It's important for people to know that a "Confederate American" does not have to be someone from the South, because many of our Founders were Confederate Americans, and though were from the North.

On the other hand, a "Yankee" is the product of the Federalist Empire. Since the Republican Party, and Democrat Party, are practically the two wings of the same eagle of prey, both parties are dominated by "Federalists". What we have, isn't an issue of Republican versus Democrat, nor liberal versus conservative. This is an issue of the two "technical" parties at hand. It is a case of anti-Federalists, versus Federalists.

Who's been winning our elections, term after term? Federalists. Why are we losing civil liberties? Because, we have lost our States' rights. The United States of America was meant to be established as a Confederation, where States could primarily dictate themselves, in order so that we all do not have to dictate each other, by permission of the Feds.

Let us not secede from one another, but instead secede from the Federal government, establish a new governing body, by means of a confederation, as our anti-Federalist Founders had in mind, so that we may completely abolish the Federalist Empire, and end the global expansion of terrorism, which the Bible protests against.

Many Conservatives put Principle over Party

Many conservatives apparently put principle over party Tuesday, letting the socialist warmongers who make up the leadership of the GOP, experience a slaughter at the polls. This was not only the smart choice, it was also the moral choice - rewarding those who start wars of aggression and lie about their support for the free market only promotes more wars and more socialism. Meanwhile, quite a few conservative-leaning Democrats who opposed the banker-bailout (many of whom are also critical of Washington's overseas Empire) won their races. If the GOP doesn't learn from this election, political irrelevance looms ahead for a party that only recently dominated the political world.

'Even in the once reliable South, Republicans were being squeezed between a historic black voter turnout on the left and a backlash from conservatives on the right after Washington’s $700 billion rescue plan for the troubled banking industry.'

Conservative South Carolinian Jim DeMint was very clear about the reason the GOP was so soundly rejected. "Republicans must admit the Wall Street bailouts were a trillion-dollar bust, and immediately fight for free-market solutions that create jobs and increase freedom,” DeMint said. “This election reflects a failure of Republicans to keep their conservative promises.”
