Federal Genocide and Occupation in SC

Proportionally South Carolina lost more of its young men of fighting age in the Federal invasion of the 1860's than did any other Southern state. Recorded deaths were 18,666 but fatalities may have reached 21,146. This was 31-35% of the total of white men of ages 18-45 recorded in the 1860 census for South Carolina.

The League of the South’s Statement of Purpose

“We seek to advance the cultural, social, economic, and political well-being and independence of the Southern People by all honourable means.”

What is the League of the South?

The League of the South is a Southern Nationalist organization whose ultimate goal is a free and independent Southern republic. To reach this goal, we intend to create the climate for a free South among our people by 1) de-legitimating the American Empire at every opportunity; 2) by proving our willingness to be servant-leaders to the Southern people; and 3) by making The League of the South a strong, viable organization that will lead us to Southern independence.

Join the League of the South today!

Living under the yoke of the Yankee empire has already damaged our Southern culture. Will we be able to leave any of it to our children and grandchildren? Not if the Yankee empire has its way.

The South as its own nation is more than powerful, populous, and prosperous enough to assume its place among the nations of the earth today. For the South, secession is the only practical, the only realistic, and the only moral choice.

Fee South Carolina!

Carolina, Carolina!

Throw thy bold banner to the breeze!,
Front with thy ranks the threatening seas,
Like thine own proud armorial trees,
Carolina! Carolina!
